Only been with Outsurance for 2 months and had 2 claims that were quick to process and the windscreen chip and geyser replacement was fixed the same day. The claims call centre is lightning fast and speaks English very well unlike some other call centres. Absolute happiness. Now I realise I should have switched decades ago. Well done Outsurance.
