Hats off to both Willem Venter and Wildon Muller. <br> <br> My first contact with Outsurance was on the 16th of March. Being new to car insurance, Willem was very detailed in explaining everything to me and really put my mind at ease. Friendly and full of jokes - very refreshing! When I had a query about the quote received, I was swiftly passed to the correct department where Wildon assisted further. Thank you so much guys - if this is the type of service I can expect going forward, I can definitely sleep well at night! :)<br> <br> PS, when I phoned this morning and asked to be transferred to Willem, it took another very friendly operator only a couple of minutes to get me through to the correct person. Very impressive!
