Online quote, they phone you , please refrain from phoning

If I do a online quote, i want my quote online and electronically and not by a call center agent. In you mail, you make a grave mistake : Emails are great, but nothing beats talking to a friendly advisor who has the answers to all your insurance needs.

If you can not provide a mail or online result just leave it. I dont want phone calls.

if i want insurance and underwriting yes you can phone but for a quote no. for i quote i want a document with the cost. Its completely a **** and waste of time phoning for a quote. I gave all the information only what on earth will you need to call except to mind ***** someone to take a product.

Does the POPIA act not clearly state you must ask me if I want to be contacted and in which manner? just a question due to tour call center agent telling me they phone because off POPIA act. I can if i want to make a case against you because my email and phone number and herassing me with phone calls without my consent.
