ONLINE QUOTE BULLTWANG
Why do you have the option for online quote if the advisors call you back and just repeat EVERYTHING you already submitted online. Why not just give the quotes through online? You are wasting our valuable time. I like doing things online and via e-mail to keep track of everything. Now they pest one with calls left right and center and then just repeat everything you already completed and ask questions you have already submitted.
I am so irated with this now. This was an inconvenience for me now.
I even complained on the website and when you submit the complaint the page could not be found...
