One sms and l was contacted immediately. Fixed up with a fabulous deal at a much better price than my previous insurer. The consultant was so helpful and patient, explained everything and answered all my questions. It was as easy as a, b, c. I was even given 2 options and chose the higher one which was less money per month than my previous policy. Wish l had contacted Outsurance years ago. I can't recommend too highly.
