I want to give Kudos to Princess Shabangu, a exceptional claims advisor. I had an unfortunate event that took place on the weekend and i had to claim. Of course one is always nervous when submitting a claim because you just don't know what the outcome will be. Princess took over my claim and in 24 hours, it was approved and the service provider who had to assist had already made contact. She is a exceptional professional and Outsurance is lucky to have an employee of this nature.
