One Down One Up - client Services OUTSURANCE

<p>I recently had to arranged for insurance cover for a friend making use of my car while I am out of the country.</p> <p> I phoned on 24/10 and spoke to a young man ,whose name I unfortunately don't recall. He took down details and gave me a quote for the month of Nov. I needed to pay for this purpose, which I thought was very high, as she is a low risk driver. Needless to say I was not happy,cancelled and decided to call again today as this is a concern for me.</p> <p>I was attended to by Rekha Jackdave who was truly amazingly helpful and provided detailed information that I had not received the first time around. She did a follow up call with my friend also and after getting the necessary inf from her called me back and quoted me R100 more than my monthly instalment. If all the staff of OUTSURANCE were like her the service could only be rated 5-STAR. So thank you Rekha for going the extra mile, you have totally put my mind to rest concerning insurance coverage on my car while my frien will be driving it.</p> <p> </p>
