Once again, I received great service from Outsurance. I requested for an agent to call me via the App. I was called promtly and my quiery was solved This time it was to review my policy and lower my monthly premium. My previous contact via the App was to request help with a flat car battery. I was also called immediately, help was ordered, I was jump-started within 30 minutes and the consultant stayed in contact with me throughout. It was so nice that Outsurance called ME and followed up, ensuring that help arrived and my problem was solved.
