On Tuesday the 20th May 2025 I had lost control of my vehicle and went off the road into a tree, thankfully I was not injured and contacted Outsurance within 10 minutes of the accident. They spoke to me and their main concern was me and if I was ok and not my vehicle which showed me they value their clients. They had a tow truck there in minutes and even arranged a lift home for me, I registered the claim vis the app and when I stood up at 8am I already had an email that an assessor had been assigned to the claim, by 12 am I was notified that the vehicle had been deemed unfixable and they would be arranging so as to make the payment to me once the paperwork was finalized and the vehicle was off my wife's name. I have never seen any other company work so fast or worry about their clients like Outsurance has and for that the have a client for life. Thank you Outsurance because you are one in a billion.
