On Tuesday morning my son, driving my car had a head on with a taxi. No injuries thank goodness but the car a write off. Within 30 minutes Outsurance had organized a tow truck to remove said vehicle. During the course of the day Molefe Motsepa kept in contact with me to update me on the progress. By 4:30 the following day my claim had been finalized. Absolutely outstanding service.
