On Thursday, the 28th May 2026. I was parked at a shopping center. I accidentally locked my car keys in the booth. I panicked. But then remembered that Outsurance does offer locksmith service. I called the consultant who was sympathetic to my situation. He told me, not to worry. He took down all my details and assured me that they would send a, locksmith to me. To my surprise the locksmith called me within a matter of ten minutes. Locksmith arrived within half an hour. Without damaging my car door he gracefully opened the door. He had to navigate his long tool through the back seat to access the keys from the booth . This was all done in about 15 minutes. The Locksmith they appointed was patient and friendly. I had a stress free experience and credit goes to Outsurance for their speedy service. Much appreciated Grace
