On Thursday 31st of October 2024 my husband had a fender bender where the guy behind him hit into his car. I reported the accident on the app on Saturday took photos of the damage and submitted them with a video on Sunday and by Tuesday the claim had been approved and I was contacted by the panel beaters to take the car in on Monday. I advised Outsurance of this late on Tuesday afternoon and shortly afterwards the car hire company had contacted me to advise that the hire car would be delivered to the panel beaters on Monday. What magnificent service from all concerned, I am still amazed at just how easy the whole process was. No wonder I have been with you for well over 20 years you are doing a great job!!!!
