On the outsurance website I answered all the questions regarding a quote on building insurance. I immediately got an email and not even a minute later I got a call from outsurance. I was absolutely amazed at the prompt service. I was in a bad mood as I had found out that my bondholder did not activate the building insurance I took out when I got the bond but the outsurance guy did not even allow me to be grumpy or rude to him because he was so efficient and friendly. I am a very happy client🤣
