On the day of my accident on the 25/04/2025 around 7:00 AM on a very misty morning. Someone bumped into my car at the back with a very high speed and I happened to bump into the car in front of me. I called Outsurance spoke to Mokgadi and she managed to help me with the process of my claim while on the scene and towing company and in the next few hours I received a rental car delivery to my house. Also checked if I have reached home safely. Kept me updated with the process of my car from towing to penalbeater. I also got a call that they managed to recover my access money and don't have to pay it anymore. That was a relief on my side. My outbonus will reset.
