On the 6th of September, I had an unfortunate incident while driving to Secunda. Thankfully, I didn’t panic because I knew that OUTsurance was just a call away. I was assisted by Rescue Advisor Daniel, whose calm and reassuring voice immediately put me at ease. He guided me through the process and made sure I received the help I needed. Within less than 15 minutes, Raymond arrived with his tow truck and assisted me with getting both myself and my car safely back home. What impressed me most was the level of care and concern shown by the team. After Raymond had safely delivered me and my car home, Daniel called again just to check that I was okay. That small gesture meant so much to me and truly showed that OUTsurance’s commitment to its customers goes beyond just providing a service. I am incredibly grateful to Daniel, Raymond, and the entire OUTsurance team for their exceptional service, professionalism, and genuine care during what could have been a very stressful situation.
