On the 27/06/25 my dog Zoey was bitten by another dog

On the 27/06/25 my dog Zoey was bitten by another dog. We had to rush her to Westville veterinary hospital as it was after hours. I could not get through to outsurance as it was after hours so I logged a claim online. They called me back Sunday morning but unfortunately my dog passed away in the early hours of the morning. The consultant was very sympathetic and assisted me very efficiently. I had to pay the hospital but Outsurance settled me 2 days later. very quick and efficient service.also very sympathetic which my family and I really appreciated. Thank you
