On the 26th of December I was contacted by Londeka Ndlovu to assist with a comparative quote for motor vehicle insurance and was absolutely amazed by her friendly, efficient and professional manner in which she conducted herself. She was knowledgeable about Outsurance's products on offer, put me at ease, was extremely kind, friendly and did not mind at all when I interrupted her to ask a few questions. I was extremely satisfied and convinced that I immediately accepted the quote and switched to Outsurance. What also stood out for me was the fact that she also offered to assist with the cancellation of my existing cover with Discovery Insure and she followed through to ensure my policy got cancelled and explained the process moving forward in detail to me.
