On the 12th of Feb, I requested for a quote online from OUTsurance. I was called back in under 1 hour which is shocking in todays world! I come from a vast customer experience workplace and let me tell you, the efficiency I witnessed yesterday was mind blowing. Firstly, the gentleman I spoke to Katlego was phenomenal, his patience, willingness to help and enthusiasm is what made me take a policy out with OUTsurance. An employees customer satisfaction is what drives the business and I must say I would give him 10/10! I would also like to point out that the premium offers were lower than at least 3 other companies that provided me with quotes, this shows that OUTsurance doesn't want to bankrupt people, they want to help people.
