On saturday 6 Sept my husband was in a car accident with my car and after all formal proceedings was done i submitted a claim on the app,but realised i did it wrong and called in and a lady Rethabile helped me and she was excellent in explaining what i needed to know and it was so easy and fast and hassle free.It was my 1st experience with this and i am really grateful for the service provided during such a stressful time.Thank you
