On 21/11/24 was involved in a car accident, my car was damaged at the rear bumper.I contacted my insurance which is Outsurance immediately they provided me with the claim number and the agent responsible for my claim.She immediatelly contacted me provided her contact details and where i should take my car for assessment.Same day my car damage was assessed and provided me with the panelbeater.They listened to me when i also said the date booked for the car is too far and i will be inconvenienced they allowed me to choose my own panel beater.
