My husband was involved in an accident. Outsurance client decided to stand in the middle of the street unaware that she is not the only person on the road. My husband had right of way and the Outsurance client agreed to, us submitting a 3rd party claim. What a horrible experience. Firstly we had to continuously resend documents and photos of the car. Eventually the bright sparks at Outsurance found a negative apportionment and they wont be paying us a cent. It might be a Golf1 Chico however we are still paying that car and my husband is unemployed. They send us a document titled Refute - negative apportionment based on \\case law\. In this document there is a breakdown of their client's vehicle expenses and our vehicle expenses. however at the end of this document it states that both parties have to bear their own cost. I highly thought the insured party beared her own cost. I believe this is so prejudice and just yet again reveal how vindictive insurance companies and their clients are.
