Official complaint against Outsurance
Hello Peter, i would like to lodge a complaint with Outsurance. They going around promising consumers that if they cant beat their car insurance they will give them R400 and not only that if you havent claimed for the past 3 years you get R800, nothing could be further from the truth. This whole R800 thing is a big ****. After taking their call and them failing dismally to beat my current car insurance i still havent received R800 they promised after submitting the documents they requested. Outsurance has to be stopped for false advertising.
