OFFER TO PAY OUT R500-R1500 IF THEY CANT BEAT YOUR CURRENT INSURANCE
I tested the offer outsurance has to pay you R500 if they cannot beat your current insurance. They couldn't beat it, and because I have claimed in the past 3 years; I am only eligible for R500. I was sent an SMS saying that a link will be sent for me to complete a form to claim the R500. I received no email, even after verifying it. I called outsurance, they said someone will call you. That was 10 days ago, still no call, no email.
