Obviously doesn’t need clientele

I took out a policy with Outsurancs with an enormous premium to insure my new car. Three months in, I move to a security complex. When I inform outsurance, the phone operator tells me, at the end of the call, that my premium has gone up due to the area I moved into, and that they will be taking the money from my bank the very next day (15 December 2017)

I told them that if there is nothing they could do to retain me as a client (like removing some options to keep my premium the same) I would have to seek alternative insurance.

After being transferred to what I suppose is a “closer” or a “saver” some lady told me that I have to understand that the increased premium is for my own safety etc etc. she tried valiantly to convince me that I should stay with them even though I told her I CANNOT AFFORD the new premium at all. Simple as that. She tried Calling me back after we lost the connection and then, after my premium was not deducted this month, found out that I am no longer insured with Outsurance. They cancelled my policy WITHOUT SO MUCH AS A MAIL.

Guess they focus on the big players rather than us little people.
