It is not often that staff fight to preserve business. Ntombi called me and at all times was very professional and handled herself well, no matter how grouchy I was, and that takes quite a bit of s**** at the end of the day. Some might say she was just doing her job, however in this day and age most staff mutter and mumble and can be downright negative. Ntombi was awesome and if ever I had a position for her elsewhere, She would be the person I would put forward to my client. Well done Ntombi, you are an asset Outsurance cannot afford to lose!
