Ntombi understood my frustration and called on her Supervisor to give more information and clarity and solution
Ntombi understood my frustration and called on her Supervisor to give more information and clarity and solution. Which was acceptable as I got to stay with my preferred insurer. I was moving because it was too expensive and I am a pensioner.
