<p>My car was involved in an accident and from the first phone call to Lance Stidworthy at Outsurance I knew this gentleman cared about his clients and his job.His first concern was that we were all ok and then how to expedite the repairs. Unfortunately we were going to claim from third party insurance from Santam which was the worst decision imaginable.This followed a month long battle with Santam. Eventually out of dispair I turned to Outsurance and once again Lance came to the rescue and within 24 hours the entire matter had been sorted out - painlessly and very efficeiently .Outsurance needs to be aware of the valuable staff member it has working for them holding up the good name of it"s company.Thank you so much for your wonderful assistance Lance.</p>
