Now that's what I call customer experience

<p>I was about to cancel my policy with them, then I was redirected to Kylan Govindasamy to initiate the termination. He was extremely polite and friendly and went out on a limb to better the quote I had received from a different insurer. He took the time to get to know me and structure an offer that suited my needs. He was excellent and thorough, and went above and beyond what I had experienced anywhere else. I went from wanting to terminate my policy, to keeping it just because of him and the service I had received. Truly the best, thank you. </p>
