Hi Outsurance <br> <br> You phone me and convince me to do my insurance through Outsurance so I did. I already paid the joining fee and your sales representative told me that I would not have to pay again. The next day the payment went off my account with joining fee included ? Your sales representative then phoned me and informed me it will be paid back into my account immediately. As of today it has not been paid back ? I ask you with how many of your new clients have you done this ?. Please Pay my the joining fee back to my account and cancel my insurance with Outsurance as I want nothing to do with an Company that *****s from me<br> <br> This was the only number Outsurance gave me OT***4<br> <br> Regards<br> Adriaan Olivier
