Not working anymore with them

Very bed insurance policy. They can not organise simple rental car. I have automatic driving license and they book me manual car. So how can I drive at all? But if you wanna extra - must pay and its only will be available next claim. So I sitting 24 hours without work and car. Will change to other insurance as soon as possible. After 4 year I don't see any improvement in this company

You are not at all being unreasonable expressing your dismay! You opted for car hire, but our advisor sadly omitted in offering you the various options available.

The rental company already received our request to provide you with an automatic vehicle and we updated your cover on your policy accordingly.
