Not willing to help ...
Not willing to help at all premium is low but my excess is far tooo high and they are not willing to cooperate

Excesses are determined based on various underwriting factors and form part of the policy terms agreed to at inception or renewal. There is an option to increase your premium which will then result in a reduction of your excess.
