Not what i expected from Outsurance after years of being a loyal client.

If you are considering taking insurance from outsurance, please think again after you read my story. They are full of pretty stories about how they can save you money and great service and blab la bla. None of that is true. I had a vehicle accident recently, they only repaired half of the damage and now claim other damages weren’t accident related although my accident was on the engine part of the car and the other damages are also on the engine? My vehicle was services with a dealership less than a month before the accident not indicating any damages, but this does not mean anything to outsurance. They didn’t extend my car rental, due to their own lack of service and I was left stranded with my family no way to return home. So if you really care about not having problems with your insurance and don’t want to struggle. Please go with any other insurance company but not Outsurance.
