Not wanting to payout

An accident occurred where I was hit from behind by a bakkie who was hit by a driver who claimed that she was having dizzy spells and lost control of her car and hit us. The driver recently obtained her license. I feel that if you have dizzy spells surely it does not happen instantly, you feel it coming on and will not speed. Outsurance now does not want to fix my car and I feel that I would like to have a second opinion regarding my car.
