Not updating Credit profile

<p>I have a outsurance (SIAS Administration) listing on all the credit profiles dated 2015-11-30, It has not been updated since and reflecting as active while im not with Outsurance. I would like the information to be updated immediately as it affects my affordability checks.</p>
