Not trusted car insurance

Policy OTP***4 -14 May 2021 I had an accident, I was driving towards home from work ,I was alone in the car 2 street kids were fighting the stone bumped my car in whitlock street ,at the back of park drive around 16h40.

Outsurance assign the assessor Hendricks on the 18 May 2021 to assess my vehicle which he gave me the quote of R7303,42 for damage and he further inform me to pay the Axcess of R4750 ,when I calculated I discover that I will be paying more than the insurance, i then emediate call the insurance to cancel the policy as i was unhappy with the claim .

I was transferred to the cancelation department which I spoke to one of their consultants,the consultants asked me not to cancel as they will do the investigation,I inform the Consultant that I will not be paying while they are investigating and the Consultant agree.

22 June I hear notification of outsurance going to my bank luckily I did not put the money for them to debit as I was waiting for the socold invistigation ,I was not happy and they never fix my car and they never to bother to about my consent.

I call them again and speak the Consultant and tell them I want all my money that the policy was debiting, to my bank in the name of insurance as they never fix my car and I was unhappy and not willing to trust them again to cover my car . The Consultant promised to call me to my Surprise there was no invistigation and no call for them to pay all my money not even to make amends with me..I hate outsurance is not the insurance to trust for the fact that they were not able to fix the damage of R7303,42.

Hello Peter please help me to get all my premiums paid to the cruel outsurance policy
