Not to be trusted
I've made changes to my policy on the 14th April, I was told they will refund me R1700 on the 23th of April. I received only R144,00. I called them and they told me It will be refunded today. Now when the agent tells you they will refund you, you believe them. Now when an agent lies to you, you loose your trust in the company.
On the 24th. Still no refund. Its lockdown and I need the money.

Our client care manager contacted you and confirmed the refund the amount of R144 was already refunded, but the R1 775 was submitted, but does not reflect in your account as yet.
He did refer this and will revert with final feedback as soon as possible.
