Not the horror i thought it may be!

In December my car was written off, the worst part of the whole experience was stressing about the insurance side of things because i have always heard horror stories of how insurance companies try and dodge paying out their clients. Outsurance made the whole ordeal a much more pleasant thing, within 3 days my claim was settled and everything was sorted out. I received a call from Mikhaila from the legal depart of Outsurance yesterday to notify me that my excess is being paid back to me due to the accident not being my fault, Mikhaila has been a rockstar through the whole process! I am over the moon with the service and am so happy to be able to pay off my shortfall now and get a new vehicle. I will definitely be going back to Outsurance.
