Not sticking to advertising

I am not usually one to complain, but have on three separate occasions contacted Outsurance for insurance and to see if I cannot get it cheaper with them. On all thee occasions I was quoted a more expensive premium than the one I currently have. None the less, the adverts every morning on the way to work is this constant droning of how Outsurance will beat your current premium and if not pay you a certain amount of money?<br> <br> Needless to say that on al three occasions, this was not even mentioned at the end of the call... If you advertise something stick to it.<br> <br> TCF Outcome 1, 2 and 5 for me pop to mind here.
