Not showing up on time

Good day

My step mother requested for her geyser to be fixed and an appointment with arranged I was asked to facilitate the meeting as per below:

However at 5pm there was no arrival from the company. Then at 6pm i was notified they will come and assist the following day between 8 and 9. I was still waiting at 9 and a plumber called me from his cell notifying me he would be at my address in 15 minutes at 9:30 there was still nothing so I tried calling and I was hung up on 3 times before he told me he is driving then hung up again.

Nonetheless I left the house and was called at 10:10 and asked where am I. I then notified that I would not be home for a while. He called again few hours later and notified he is in the area and I asked if he could come on Monday. He said yes that won't be a problem I should just call him in the morning. He is not answering his phone and the geyser is still leaking.

I am very unhappy that my time is not being taken into consideration in this regard.
