not satisfied, lost money

This is Conrad jonk .<br> <br> ive got a policy with outsurance and am unhappy with the way things worked out.<br> <br> We joined Out Surance one year ago looking for dread desise cover for my wife, she has cancer in her family history but she is healthy and young, non smoker non drinker.<br> <br> when we joined we told Out about her situation and they asked us to take only life insurance for 12 months while we do medical monitoring of her situation. I fher situation was stable we could get dread desease cover for her.<br> <br> well we kept our side and did as we were asked. she went for screenings while we paid out of pocket for this. R1300 per shot 3 times in the year. aswell as paying her life ins policy every month.<br> <br> Now aftrer everything the result was she is stable and nothing threatening, outsurance wont cover her for cancer , but they don't say that to us, they say we can get cover now so we cancel the life cover and take up the dread dissease cover only to see in thepolicy later on that there is an exeption to cancer.<br> <br> we want a refund of to be covered for cancer, seeing as they could havetold us from the beginning they wont cover us, now we lost R7000 and 12 months paying then for nothing
