Not Recieved R 400 Mail think consultant is Avoiding me

<p>To whom this my concern</p> <p> </p> <p>Please forward me the R 400 email so that i can claim . I did a qoute with you , you cannot beat it . The Consultant said he will me the login did not recieve anything !!!! I did recieve the sms bit cant send my documents .
