Not paying R500 promised. False advertising.

I took out the time from my diary after they were constantly sending me SMSs asking to give me a quote. I didn't even know about their R500 promotion. They couldn't beat my insurance and didn't send me the money R500 they promised. It's about principle, as far as I can tell it's false advertising and thus can't trust them with insurance.
