Not paying out damage to my car

<p>On sunday morning (9/10) a 'male' by the name of Eugene's car,drove into my car, "Eugene" on cell number ********** 815 repeatdely told me that he would pay for all damange - his insurance company "Outsurance" do not want to know about my claim. Ms Simone who works for outsurance, says that "Mr Eugene" is not liable for anything, his car is in perfect condition...really!?!?!? So in other words, the car that "Mr Eugene" drives is SO incredibly intelligent that it drove down the embankment by himself!!!</p> <p>Beware out there folks who you insure your life/contents with!!!</p>
