Not Paying Out

My problem with Outsurance is that my Chev Utility were send in for Repairs to a Panel Beater in Pietermaritzburg (Supastraight), when it was accessed by the Insurer, it had my Business Signage on it, after the job was done (1 Month later), I received it back from the Panel beater without half of the Signage, the Panel beater took off the whole left hand side of the Vehicle's signage to work on it. This vehicle was also Insured for Business use because, and this is driven by me for Advertising, I do have other vehicles that is used for Business purposes and that is driven by my Staff. Now Outshurance is telling me that the Signage is not covered and that is my problem!!!, it went in with the SIGNAGE in 100% order!!!... This is SURELY not good Practise Outsurance!!!
