Not paying Claims

We put in a claim for a ceiling falling out of the roof. After 3 weeks I followed up I finally got feedback. They are declining the claim because the ceiling boards were to thick and not enough *****s were put in.<br> And after time its falling out. That is why the ceiling fell in. After we have lived there for year and a half! Now why have the other ceilings not fell in!!<br> Now what is the point of having home insurance!? There is nothing wrong with the ceiling boards. Where have you ever heard the we are not paying the claim because the ceiling boards are to thick and there is not enough *****s! <br> Typical insurance, want the money never want to pay!
