Not only a great attitude

I just wanted to convey my thanks and great appreciation for Roshni Naidoo at Outsurance! She really is a gem. She showed compassion and understanding and alot of patience when dealing with me. She is not just a person behind the phone, she really showed kidness. I had some bad luck with two accidents in two weeks, one being written off, and Roshni took the time to listen to me. She doesn't know me and didnt have to do what she did but its becuase if her that I have some peace of mind. The first person to do that for me at Outsurance with my two claims. Thank you Roshni.
