Not keeping their Word. Disappointed in Outsurance.

On Tuesday 21.03.2023 I received a call from a Consultant from Outsurance, I cant recall her name, she did a quotation with me for vehicle & home content insurance, she was unable to beat my premium I have with Santam & I advised her accordingly.

Now they have their promo where if they cant beat your current insurance premium they give you R500.00 etc......Today is Friday 24th March 2023 & no one from Outsurance has contacted me regarding the R500.00 they have to pay me for not being able offer a lower premium even the consultant did not talk about it.

So is this how you do it Outsurance? You cant beat a premium then you decide to go MUM & don't make contact with the client after you promise to pay R500.00?
