not keeping their promises
<p>I called in to do a quote on my car insurance yesterday, like outsurance always say of adds "if we cant beat your premium we will give you R800". this was not the case for m yesterday. i have been waiting for them to send me the promotion link and even today i still have not received the link. i called in a couple of times yesterday still no help from them.</p> <p> </p>
