<p>we phoned last week Thursday for some life cover which you guys advertise dailey promised to phone me back monday this week at 16h45 when my wife is home no luck</p> <p>phoned today again about 12h46 , was promised a call back in 10 minutes look whats the time </p> <p>if you treat your exsisting customers this way , how do you treat new prospecting customers</p>
