Not honoring third party claim

My neighbor drove into my car a few months ago. The driver door was badly damaged. She admitted guilt. I went to a very affordable panel beater (to try and keep the price down) and logged a third party claim against Outsurance. Door has to be replaced - comes to R8 069.78.

Now Outsurance only wants to pay R5 5593.24. They give the price of the door as R1595 - but I phoned Volkswagen this morning - the price is actually R2200. Why does Outsurance not want to do the right thing. They are *****ing money from me. All I want is fair compensation. Regards Tinus
